The beach is beautiful!! Abundant various shells. Ding Darling trail was hit hard by IAN as was the entire island. Impressive how so much has been repaired and rebuilt. We love this cottage!! The new cottage design is wonderful! Overall, very impressed!

Loved seeing my grand-daughter feeding iguanas. Seeing how Sanibel is building back. Meeting fun people. Riding on our golf cart. Beautiful sunsets at the Lighthouse Beach! Swimming in the Gulf. Love the salt water. Feeling sand under our feet. SANIBEL STRONG! My family has been coming here for 35 years. Our beloved Lighthouse Resort is badly damaged – We were lucky to find this great island house. Loved our visit!! Thanks for the memories!!

Seeing my daughter and my little son swimming at the beach. It is a quiet place to relax and find peace too. It was delightful seeing how Sanibel is building after Hurricane Ian! It was our first stay here in Sanibel and we loved it. Every single minute that we spent here was awesome! Definitely we are coming back here next year!

Rented bikes from Billy’s and rode all over the island. Trips to Captiva beach and dinner at the Mucky Duck. Sea School for the grandkids every day. Grandsons loved seeing all of the HUGE iguanas! This is our second year at OH! Sole Mio – and it was wonderful again! We have six family members who come off and on all week. We were pretty much alone all week so the pool was great! We walked on a very deserted beach all week and it really was like a private island vacation!

Riding bikes around the island from Finnemore’s!! Best customer service! Fishing with Bryan Dollar – best guide. Grab Gramma Dots food truck. Beach walks!! We came for a short 2 ½ day stay to see the island and support a few owner friends before heading south. It is great to see everyone here re-building and working together as a strong community. Thanks for working with us to be able to stay in your home. We saw a lot of iguanas – no alligators! SANIBEL STRONG!

Restaurants, Biking, Friendly folks! Watching for gators in the river. Spotted a small one only once – named him Fredo! The pool! We loved this house and its location – We have rented it for March, 2025. Amy from Breakaway – friendly and responsive.
